Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under that store's policy. Tell us anyway so we can fix what went wrong.
Common questions
- Can I use the assets in a commercial game?
- Yes. The licence is the one attached by the store you bought from. There is no extra fee and no attribution requirement.
- Can I get a pack in a different format or resolution?
- Ask. If it is a reasonable variant of something that already exists, it usually ends up in the next update for everyone.
- Do you take commissions?
- No. Ngong Club only sells finished packs. It keeps the work honest and the queue empty.
- Is AI used to make these?
- Where it is, it is declared on the store page in plain language, as the store requires. The selection, the arrangement and the final call are always a person's.
